Tady samotný MMS nepomůže, jedná se o řadu faktorů souvisejících s metabolismem.

When we eat mainly processed foods, plenty of diary and meat products, with no excercises and low water intake, the body liquids and body itself became acidic. There is clear evidence that the more animal protein is eaten, the more calcium is urinated away. This status is abnormal, so the body remove sodium from the bones to alkalize itself. If acidity continues, the body remove from the bones remaining calcium, also alkalizing mineral. Over time, other minerals, silica, boron, sulphur, copper, zinc, iodine etc, leave the bones, cartilages, tendons and joints. The bones become thin, brittle, easily broken, the body is acidic, dehydrated (this provide thick blood with low oxygen) and demineralizated (this provide disarray the body and every cell).
This "disease" is known as Osteoporosis.
What to do about it? Briefly... stop eating processed foods, diary products, meat products and table salt.
1) Buy Himalayan salt, no powder, but rocks the size of hazelnut or walnut. Get cca 1/2 liter glass container with wide opening and lid, fill the glass cca 3/4 with clean, clear, spring water, and put there 3-5 rocks and time to time shake the container. Within few days the rocks are either fully dissolved, or not.
If the rocks are dissolved, ad some more. If the rocks are NOT fully dissolved, you have what you need - solution of salt with 26% saturation containing 84 minerals and trace element. Every morning before food (30 minutes before breakfast), pour 1 teaspoon (5ml) of the salt solution in a glass and add 300-350ml of spring water, mix and drink slowly on empty stomach. In addition to it, drink daily 6-8 glasses of clean and clear spring water, drink daily homemade veggie juices, eat daily any vegetable and fruit you see, do not sit or lay or cry - move, walk, excercise!! 2) Buy Schindele minerals, not as capsules, but as a powder.

3) Health starts with the individual cells of our body. If our cells are healthy so are we. The human body, with its anatomy and physiology derived from plant-eating primates, is not really equipped to process animal-based food.
